With profile notes of sweet Orange, Cocoa, Coffee, roasted Wattleseed & Dandelion root, we balanced it perfectly against the ex-Bourbon barrels it was laid to rest in. It tastes like Jaffa’s you used to steal from your dads car stash & really comes to life when paired with Cheese & Chocolate, garnished with sliced Pear.
