30ml Grapefruit Juice
15ml Lime Juice
20ml Sugar Syrup

Shake all ingredients and double strain into a chilled Balloon glass. Top with tonic water and garnish with a slice of Grapefruit or fresh Rosemary.

Shake all ingredients and double strain over ice into a tumbler glass. Garnish with a couple of Blueberries and a Sage sprig.

15mL Sugar Syrup
15ml Lemon Juice 

Shake all ingredients and strain into a tumbler glass. Garnish with a fresh Sage sprig.

1 egg white 
20ml St Germain 

  Dry shake ingredients then add ice and shake for several seconds. Grab a chilled martini glass and add half tonic, then double strain mixture on top of tonic. Garnish with a dried sliver of lime or lemon.

GIN NE SAIS QUOI COCKTAILS

LA FLAME
60ml Gin Ne Sais Quoi
45ml Orange juice
15ml Lemon juice
25ml Sugar syrup
1 Egg white

  Shake all ingredients without ice, then with ice. Strain into a chilled rocks glass and garnish with a lightly burnt Orange peel and some Lemon myrtle.

30mL Gin Ne Sais Quoi 
30mL Campari 
20mL Cinzano Rosso 

  Pour the ingredients over a large ice cube in a rocks glass and stir for half a minute. Garnish with an Orange twist.

15ml Dry Vermouth 
20ml Lemon Juice 
1 Tbsp Raspberry Jam 

Dry shake all ingredients to emulsify, then add ice and shake again. Strain over a large ice block in a tumbler glass. Garnish with fresh Raspberry or a Lemon twist.

COCKTAILS

HAZEL ROSE
30ml D'Ginn Du Sol
20ml Frangelico (Hazelnut Liqueur)
10ml Cinzano Blanco
45-60ml Grapefruit Juice
15ml Orgeat Syrup (or simple syrup if it's easier)

  Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a chilled Martini or Coupe glass. Garnish with Nutmeg grated on top or dried Grapefruit slice.

GINIE IN A GLASS
30ml D'Ginn Du Sol 
10ml Frangelico (Hazelnut Liqueur)
20ml Creme De Violette
30ml Lime Juice 
1 Egg (Optional – if you want it to be creamy. The Violette masks the egg smell)

  Dry shake all the ingredients and then add ice and shake for another 10 seconds. Double Strain into a Coupe glass and garnish with Raspberry powder or rose petals.
